1. Who we are

This site is operated by AutoHex FZ-LLC (BC-891347, Licence 2628313695888), 26th Floor, Amber Gem Tower, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. In this policy, "Autohex", "we", "us", and "our" refer to AutoHex FZ-LLC.

2. What personal data we collect

We only collect personal data that you provide to us directly:

  • Contact form submissions include your name, email address, optional company/garage name, the topic you selected, and the message you send us.
  • Email correspondence includes any information you choose to provide when emailing [email protected].
  • Standard server logs include the IP address, browser user agent, referring URL, and timestamps of pages you visit. These are retained for security and operational purposes only.

This website does not set marketing or analytics cookies, and does not use third party trackers.

3. How we use your data

  • To reply to your enquiry and provide the support, sales information or partnership conversation you have requested.
  • To keep records of communications for a reasonable period (typically 24 months) for service quality and dispute resolution purposes.
  • To protect the site against abuse, fraud and security incidents.

4. Legal basis (GDPR / UAE PDPL)

We rely on (a) your consent when you submit the contact form, (b) our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving the website, and (c) any legal obligation to retain records.

5. Third party processors

The contact form on contact.html is processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which relays your submission to our email inbox. By submitting the form, you accept that your data transits through FormSubmit. Their privacy notice is available at formsubmit.co/privacy.

Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as a part of any font request. We do not pass any other personal data to Google.

6. Data retention

Contact form messages are retained in our inbox for as long as is necessary to handle your request and for record keeping (typically up to 24 months). Server logs are retained for up to 90 days unless required longer for security investigations.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (UAE PDPL, EU/UK GDPR, etc.), you have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data;
  • Ask us to delete your data;
  • Object to or restrict our processing;
  • Withdraw your consent at any time.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, uses a strict Content Security Policy, and forces HSTS at the edge. Email submissions are transmitted over TLS to FormSubmit.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the latest change.
