The Battery Management System (BMS) or Battery Pack Control Module (BPCM) is essential for monitoring and managing critical functions of lithium-ion batteries, such as voltage, temperature, current, state of charge (SoC), and cell balancing. When the BMS/BPCM detects anomalies, like under-voltage in a cell, it enters a safe mode that prevents the vehicle from starting or charging. Even after replacing the battery, the BMS/BPCM may continue to trigger issues, often necessitating costly replacement with a new unit from the manufacturer.
In such cases, the BMS/BPCM Recovery Module provides a convenient solution. With a “One Click” option, it allows customers to restore the functionality of their existing BMS/BPCM units without the need for replacement, saving both time and money.
